  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code PZ01C in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Define Search Criteria” tab and enter the desired search criteria. 
  3. Select the “Define Fields” tab and select which fields should be displayed in the search results. 
  4. Select the “Define Access” tab and select which employee groups should have access to the feature. 
  5. Save your changes and exit the transaction code.
