- Commercial exploitation of a personal account (e.g., reselling AI-generated responses).

3. Monitoring & Enforcement
To maintain fair access for all users, ERPlingo monitors usage patterns to detect
excessive, abusive, or unauthorized activity. Users exceeding reasonable use thresholds
may be subject to enforcement actions as outlined below.

- ERPlingo uses automated systems to track query volume, API calls, and service interactions.
- Monitoring is conducted in accordance with ERPlingo’sPrivacy Policy to ensure Privacy Policy
