  The PZ01 transaction code allows users to view a list of all users who have access to the SAP system. The list includes the user’s name, role, and authorization level.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PZ01 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Who’s Who List” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter the user name or authorization level you wish to search for in the search field. 
  4. Click “Execute” to generate the list of users with matching criteria. 
  5. Review the list of users and their roles and authorizations. 
  6. To view more detailed information about a user, select their name from the list and click “Details”. 
  7. To exit, click “Back” or “Cancel”.

  It is recommended that users review the Who’s Who List periodically to ensure that all users have appropriate access levels for their roles and that there are no potential security risks present in the system.
