  4. Enter the start date and end date for which you want to change the planning calendar. 
  5. Enter the number of working hours per day and start/end times for each day. 
  6. Enter any holidays or special days that are not part of the regular working schedule. 
  7. Save your changes by clicking on “Save” button at the top of the screen.
