  Overview: 
  KVBI is an SAP transaction code used to view the actual costs of sales documents line items. It is used to view the cost of goods sold (COGS) for each line item in a sales document. This transaction code is part of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. 
  
  Functionality: 
  KVBI allows users to view the actual costs associated with each line item in a sales document. This includes the cost of goods sold (COGS), as well as any other costs associated with the line item. The transaction code also allows users to view the total cost of all line items in a sales document. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code KVBI into the SAP command field. 
  2. Enter the sales document number into the Sales Document field. 
  3. Select Execute (F8). 
  4. The system will display a list of all line items in the sales document, along with their associated actual costs. 
  5. To view the total cost of all line items, select Total Costs (F6). 
  6. Select Back (F3) to return to the main screen. 
  7. Select Save (Ctrl+S) to save any changes made to the document. 
  8. Select Exit (F12) to exit the transaction code.
