The data can be transferred from one cost center to another in a single step, or it can be transferred in multiple steps. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code KVB5 - PROZ Copy Actual Stat. Key Figures into the command field. 
  2. Select the source cost center and enter the target cost center. 
  3. Select the key figures that you want to copy from the source cost center to the target cost center. 
  4. Select the period for which you want to copy the key figures. 
  5. Click on “Copy” button to start copying the key figures from source cost center to target cost center. 
  6. Once the copying process is complete, click on “Save” button to save the changes made in the target cost
