In CRM 700 EhP2, every social service plan type (SSP type) has to be
assigned to a decision category. Therefore, existing SSPs must be
updated in the Customizing activity <LS>Define Transaction Type</>
(Customizing table CRMC_PS_SRVP_HDR). The system assigns the decision
category <LS>Eligibility & Entitlement Decision</> as a default
setting.
The decision category was not assigned for at least one SSP type.
Execute the program CRM_4S_3_MANUAL_MIGRATION and select the checkbox '
<LS>Update SSP Customizing</>'.
If the error still occurs after executing the manual program run analyze
the error log or contact SAP support.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
