Overview: TB21 is a transaction code used in SAP to view allocated foreign exchange transactions. It is used to view the details of foreign exchange transactions that have been allocated to a particular account. Functionality: TB21 allows users to view the details of foreign exchange transactions that have been allocated to a particular account. This includes the amount of the transaction, the currency, and the date of the transaction. It also allows users to view the details of any related documents, such as invoices or contracts. Step-by-step How to Use: 1. Log into SAP and enter TB21 in the command field. 2. Enter the account number for which you want to view allocated foreign exchange transactions. 3. Select “Execute” to view the details of all allocated foreign exchange transactions for that account. 4. To view the details of a specific transaction, select it from the list and click “Display”. 5. To view any related documents, select “Documents” from the menu bar and select the document you want to view. Other Recommendations: It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with SAP’s security settings before using TB21, as it contains sensitive financial information. Additionally, users should ensure that they are viewing only their own accounts when using TB21, as unauthorized access to other accounts is prohibited.
