Overview: SURAD is an SAP transaction code used to manage surveys in the SAP system. It allows users to create, edit, and delete surveys, as well as view survey results. It is part of the SAP Survey Management module. Functionality: SURAD provides users with the ability to create and manage surveys in the SAP system. It allows users to create surveys with multiple questions and answer options, as well as view survey results. It also allows users to edit existing surveys and delete surveys that are no longer needed. Step-by-step How to Use: 1. Log into the SAP system and enter transaction code SURAD. 2. Select “Create Survey” from the menu. 3. Enter a survey name and description, then click “Save”. 4. Add questions and answer options to the survey by clicking “Add Question” and entering the question text and answer options. 5. When finished, click “Save” to save the survey. 6. To view survey results, select “View Results” from the menu and select the survey you wish to view results for. 7. To edit an existing survey, select “Edit Survey” from the menu and select the survey you wish to edit. 8. To delete a survey, select “Delete Survey” from the menu and select the survey you wish to delete. Other Recommendations: It is recommended that users take advantage of all of SURAD's features when creating surveys in order to ensure accurate results and efficient management of surveys in the SAP system. Additionally, it is important for users to be aware of any restrictions or limitations that may be imposed on surveys by their organization or by SAP itself when creating or editing surveys in SURAD.
