  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the form of appraisal and select “Save”. 
  4. Enter the criteria and weightings for the appraisal form and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Frequency” from the menu bar and enter the frequency of appraisals. 
  6. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. Select “Back” to return to the main screen. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users test their forms of appraisal before using them in other transactions such as PA30 or PA40. Additionally, users should ensure that they have appropriate authorization before creating or modifying forms of appraisal in OOB1.
