  3. Enter the desired status process code in the “Status Process Code” field. 
  4. Enter the desired text in the “Text” field. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the new status process code and its associated text. 
  6. To view existing status process codes and their associated texts, select “Display” from the menu bar. 
  7. To change an existing status process code or its associated text, select “Change” from the menu bar. 
  8. To delete an existing status process code or its associated text, select “Delete” from the menu bar.
