  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code WE11 is used to delete IDocs (Intermediate Documents) from the system. IDocs are used to exchange data between different systems and applications. This transaction code allows users to delete IDocs that are no longer needed or have become obsolete. 
  
  Functionality: 
  WE11 allows users to delete IDocs from the system. It can be used to delete single IDocs or multiple IDocs at once. The transaction code also allows users to search for specific IDocs based on criteria such as status, type, and sender/receiver. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code WE11 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Delete” button in the top toolbar. 
  3. Select the “Single” or “Multiple” option depending on how many IDocs you want to delete. 
  4. Enter the criteria for searching for the IDocs you want to delete (e.g., status, type, sender/receiver). 
  5. Select the “Execute” button to search for the IDocs you want to delete. 
  6. Select the checkbox next to each IDoc you want to delete and then select the “Delete” button in the top toolbar. 
  7. Confirm that you want to delete the selected IDocs by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears. 
  8. The selected IDocs will be deleted from the system. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users exercise caution when deleting IDocs as they may contain important data that is needed for other processes or applications in the system. It is also recommended that users back up any important data before deleting any IDocs from the system.
