  SAP transaction code VT31 is used to tender shipments. It is a part of the Logistics Execution (LE) module and is used to create outbound deliveries. This transaction code allows users to create and manage outbound deliveries, as well as to monitor the status of shipments. 
  
  Functionality:
  VT31 enables users to create outbound deliveries, assign them to carriers, and monitor their status. It also allows users to view the delivery documents, such as the delivery note and the goods issue list. Additionally, it enables users to view the delivery costs and the freight charges associated with each shipment. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter the transaction code VT31 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the required data for creating an outbound delivery, such as customer name, shipping point, and delivery date. 
  4. Select a carrier for the shipment and enter any additional information that may be required. 
  5. Click “Save” to save the outbound delivery. 
  6. To monitor the status of a shipment, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the delivery number in the command field. 
  7. To view delivery documents, select “Documents” from the menu bar and enter the delivery number in the command field. 
  8. To view delivery costs and freight charges, select “Costs” from the menu bar and enter the delivery number in the command field.
