  1. Enter STRA_LEAVE_TO_TRANS in the SAP command field and press enter. 
  2. Select the employee whose leave balance needs to be transferred and enter the details of the new employee who will receive the leave balance. 
  3. Enter the amount of leave balance that needs to be transferred. 
  4. Click on “Transfer” button to complete the transfer process.
