  Overview: 
  STMS_FSYS is a SAP transaction code used to edit the Transport Management System (TMS) system lists. It is used to maintain the list of systems in the TMS landscape. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The STMS_FSYS transaction code allows users to view, create, and edit the TMS system lists. This includes adding and removing systems from the list, as well as changing the order of systems in the list. It also allows users to assign a transport domain to each system in the list. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter STMS_FSYS into the SAP command field and press enter. 
  2. The TMS system list will be displayed. 
  3. To add a system to the list, click on the “New Entry” button at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter the name of the system you want to add and select a transport domain for it. 
  5. To remove a system from the list, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 
  6. To change the order of systems in the list, select a system and click on either the “Up” or “Down” button at the top of the screen to move it up or down in the list respectively. 
  7. When you are finished making changes, click on “Save” at the top of the screen to save your changes. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that changes made using STMS_FSYS will only take effect after a Transport Management System (TMS) refresh has been performed. Additionally, it is recommended that users have an understanding of TMS before using this transaction code as incorrect changes can cause issues with transports in your landscape.
