  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code SP11 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Display” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name or ID of the document you want to view in the “Name/ID” field. 
  4. Click “Execute” to view the document. 
  5. To delete or modify a document, select the “Delete” or “Modify” option from the menu bar and follow the on-screen instructions. 
  6. To view the status of a document, select the “Status” option from the menu bar and enter the name or ID of the document in the “Name/ID” field. 
  7. Click “Execute” to view the status of the document.
