  Functionality: 
  SO04 enables users to create and manage shared folders in SAPoffice. This includes creating new folders, deleting existing folders, and assigning permissions to the folders. It also allows users to view the contents of the shared folder, as well as the list of users who have access to it. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code SO04 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new folder. 
  3. Enter a name for the folder and select the “Create” button again. 
  4. Select the “Permissions” button to assign permissions to the folder. 
  5. Select the users who should have access to the folder and assign them appropriate permissions (e.g., read, write, delete). 
  6. Select the “Save” button to save your changes. 
  7. To delete a folder, select it from the list of folders and select the “Delete” button. 
  8. To view the contents of a folder, select it from the list of folders and select the “Contents” button. 
  9. To view a list of users who have access to a folder, select it from the list of folders and select the “Permissions” button.
