  Overview:
  SL69 is a SAP transaction code used to transfer qualifications from one personnel number to another. It is part of the Personnel Administration (PA) module and is used to transfer qualifications from one employee to another.

  SL69 allows users to transfer qualifications from one personnel number to another. This transaction code can be used to transfer qualifications from an employee who is leaving the company to a new employee who is taking over the same role.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code SL69 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the personnel number of the employee from whom you want to transfer qualifications in the “From Personnel Number” field. 
  3. Enter the personnel number of the employee to whom you want to transfer qualifications in the “To Personnel Number” field. 
  4. Select the qualifications that you want to transfer by clicking on them in the list of available qualifications. 
  5. Click on “Transfer” button to complete the transfer process. 
  6. The transferred qualifications will be listed in the “Qualification Transfer Log” table at the bottom of the screen.

  It is recommended that users check the “Qualification Transfer Log” table after completing a transfer process to ensure that all of the desired qualifications have been transferred successfully. Additionally, users should be aware that some qualifications may not be able to be transferred due to restrictions or other factors.
