    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code SDQ2 in the command field. 
    2. Enter the quotation number in the Quotation Number field. 
    3. Click on Execute (F8). 
    4. The details of the expired quotation will be displayed on the screen. 
    5. To delete an expired quotation, click on Delete (Shift+F7). 
    6. Confirm deletion by clicking Yes in the confirmation window that appears. 
    7. The expired quotation will be deleted from the system. 
    
    Other Recommendations: 
    It is recommended that users take caution when deleting expired quotations from the system as it cannot be undone once deleted. Additionally, users should ensure that they have sufficient authorization before attempting to delete an expired quotation from the system.
