  Overview: 
  QC20 is a transaction code used in SAP to manage certificates for deliveries. It allows users to create, view, and maintain certificates for deliveries. This transaction code is part of the Quality Management (QM) module.

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code QC20 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the delivery number and other relevant information in the fields provided. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the certificate for delivery. 
  5. To view an existing certificate, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the delivery number in the field provided. 
  6. To make changes to an existing certificate, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the delivery number in the field provided. 
  7. To print out a certificate, select “Print” from the menu bar and enter the delivery number in the field provided.
