  QA40 allows users to automatically set the usage decision for a production order. This transaction code can be used to set the usage decision for a production order without having to manually enter the decision in the system. The usage decision can be set to either “Accept” or “Reject”. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code QA40 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Enter the production order number in the “Order” field. 
  3. Select either “Accept” or “Reject” from the drop-down menu in the “Usage Decision” field. 
  4. Click “Save” to save your changes.
