  2. Enter transaction code PZ68 in the command field.

  5. Enter the necessary information for the process request and click “Save” when finished. 
  6. To view or modify existing process requests, select “View” from the drop-down menu and enter the request ID or name in the search field. 
  7. To assign tasks to other users, select “Assign” from the drop-down menu and enter the user ID or name in the search field. 
  8. To track progress of tasks, select “Track” from the drop-down menu and enter the task ID or name in the search field. 
  9. When finished, click “Save” to save any changes made or click “Cancel” to exit without saving changes.
