  The PZ28 transaction code allows users to view the previous employers of an employee in the ESS system. It displays the employee's past employment history, including the company name, job title, and start and end dates of employment.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter transaction code PZ28 in the command field. 
  3. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the Personnel Number field. 
  4. Click on Execute (F8). 
  5. The system will display a list of the employee’s previous employers with their respective job titles, start and end dates of employment, and company names. 
  6. To view more detailed information about a particular employer, click on the employer’s name in the list. 
  7. To exit the transaction code, click on Back (F3).
