  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the SAP system and enter transaction code PZ24. 
  2. The Who's Who List will appear on the screen. 
  3. Use the search function to find specific users or roles. 
  4. To assign roles and responsibilities, select a user from the list and click on “Assign Role” or “Assign Responsibility”. 
  5. To delete or modify an existing user account, select a user from the list and click on “Delete User” or “Modify User”. 
  6. When finished, click “Save” to save any changes made.
