  Overview: 
  PZ04 is an SAP transaction code used to generate a time statement for an employee. This statement displays the employee’s total working hours, overtime hours, and absences for a given period of time. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The PZ04 transaction code allows users to generate a time statement for an employee. This statement displays the employee’s total working hours, overtime hours, and absences for a given period of time. The statement can be generated for any period of time, such as a month or a year. The statement can also be generated for multiple employees at once. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PZ04 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Time Statement” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the “Personnel Number” field. 
  4. Enter the start and end dates of the period you want to generate the statement for in the “Start Date” and “End Date” fields respectively. 
  5. Click on “Execute” to generate the time statement. 
  6. The time statement will be displayed on the screen. 
  7. To print out the statement, click on “Print” in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

  It is recommended that users check with their company’s HR department before using this transaction code to ensure that they are using it correctly and that they have permission to access employee information. Additionally, users should be aware that this transaction code only generates a time statement for one employee at a time; if multiple employees need to be included in a single statement, users should use another transaction code such as PZ05 or PZ06 instead.
