  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OPPE02 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the node type and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Assign Plant” from the menu bar and enter the plant code. 
  5. Select “Define Parameters” from the menu bar and enter the parameters for the node type. 
  6. Select “Save” when finished entering parameters. 
  7. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the node type in the plant. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the parameters available for each node type before activating it in a plant. This will ensure that all of the necessary parameters are set up correctly and that there are no unexpected issues when using iPPE in that plant.
