  6. Select “Cost Object Hierarchy” from the menu bar and enter the required information for each cost object in the profile. 
  7. Select “Save” when finished entering information for each cost object in the hierarchy. 
  8. Select “Assign Costs” from the menu bar and enter the required information for each cost object in the profile. 
  9. Select “Save” when finished entering information for each cost object in the assignment of costs. 
  10. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the cost object profile and save it in SAP system memory.
