  1. Enter transaction code OKYI in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the costing variant you want to create and select “Continue”. 
  4. Enter the cost calculation methods you want to use for this costing variant and select “Save”. 
  5. Select the “Change” option from the menu bar if you want to make changes to an existing costing variant. 
  6. Select the “Delete” option from the menu bar if you want to delete a costing variant. 
  7. Select the “Assign” option from the menu bar if you want to assign a costing variant to a particular product or service. 
  8. Select “Save” when you are done making changes or assigning a costing variant.
