  3. Enter the name of the new costing version and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Change” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the costing version you want to change. 
  5. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” when finished. 
  6. Select the “Delete” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the costing version you want to delete. 
  7. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion of the costing version.
