  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code OKRM is used to manage report layouts for repetitive manufacturing. It allows users to create, change, and delete report layouts for repetitive manufacturing. This transaction code is part of the SAP Production Planning (PP) module.

  OKRM enables users to create, change, and delete report layouts for repetitive manufacturing. It also allows users to assign report layouts to production orders and define the sequence of the reports in the layout.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OKRM in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the report layout and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the report layout you want to change. 
  5. Make any necessary changes and select “Save”. 
  6. Select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the name of the report layout you want to delete. 
  7. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion of the report layout. 
  8. Select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the name of the production order you want to assign a report layout to. 
  9. Select “Save” when prompted to confirm assignment of a report layout to a production order. 
  10. Select “Define Sequence” from the menu bar and enter the name of the production order you want to define a sequence for its reports in its layout. 
  11. Enter a sequence number for each report in its layout and select “Save” when finished defining sequence numbers for all reports in its layout. 
  12. Select “Layout” from the menu bar and enter the name of the production order you want to define a layout for its reports in its layout. 
  13. Enter a layout number for each report in its layout and select “Save” when finished defining layouts for all reports in its layout.

  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all available options within OKRM before using it, as there are many features that can be used to customize report layouts for repetitive manufacturing orders.
