  4. Define tasks for the project plan by entering task names and assigning resources to them. 
  5. Set deadlines for each task by entering start dates and end dates for each task. 
  6. Save the project plan by selecting the “Save” option. 
  7. To view or edit an existing project plan, select the “Display” option and enter the name of the project plan you wish to view or edit. 
  8. To delete a project plan, select the “Delete” option and enter the name of the project plan you wish to delete. 
  9. To view or analyze project data such as costs, resources, and deadlines, select the “Analysis” option and enter the name of the project plan you wish to analyze.
