  4. Enter the start date and end date for which you want to create or maintain long-term planning data. 
  5. Enter the quantity of material that you want to plan for each period within the specified date range. 
  6. Save your changes by clicking on the “Save” button. 
  7. To view the planned production data for an item in graphical form, click on the “Graphical View” button. 
  8. To view the planned production data for multiple items in tabular form, click on the “Tabular View” button.
