  6. Select the desired services from the list of available services and click “Save” when finished. 
  7. To define service parameters, select a service from the list of assigned services and click on the “Parameters” tab at the bottom of the screen. 
  8. Enter the necessary information for each parameter and click “Save” when finished. 
  9. To view or change an existing request type, select it from the list of existing request types and make any necessary changes or view any necessary information. 
  10. When finished, click “Save” or “Back” as appropriate.
