  Overview:
  MMI1 is a SAP transaction code used to create operating supplies and services. It is used to create and manage the supply and service items that are used in the day-to-day operations of a business. This transaction code is part of the Materials Management (MM) module. 
  
  Functionality: 
  MMI1 allows users to create and manage supply and service items, such as raw materials, spare parts, and services. It also allows users to assign item categories, item groups, and item types to the items they create. Additionally, users can assign item numbers, descriptions, and unit of measure to the items they create. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter MMI1 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Enter the item number for the supply or service item you want to create. 
  3. Enter a description for the item. 
  4. Select an item category from the drop-down list. 
  5. Select an item group from the drop-down list. 
  6. Select an item type from the drop-down list. 
  7. Enter a unit of measure for the item. 
  8. Click “Save” to save your changes.
