    5. Enter a quantity for each material and click “Save” when finished. 
    6. To view or edit an existing document, select “Display” from the menu bar at the top of the screen and enter a document number. 
    7. To delete an existing document, select “Delete” from the menu bar at the top of the screen and enter a document number.
