  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code ME33 is used to display outline agreements in the SAP system. Outline agreements are long-term contracts between a vendor and a customer that specify the terms of a purchase. This transaction code allows users to view the details of an existing outline agreement, such as the items included, the delivery dates, and the pricing. 
  
  Functionality: 
  ME33 enables users to view all of the details of an existing outline agreement. This includes the vendor, customer, and purchasing organization associated with the agreement, as well as the items included in the agreement, their delivery dates, and their pricing. The transaction code also allows users to view any changes that have been made to the agreement since it was created. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter ME33 into the command field in SAP. 
  2. Select the appropriate purchasing organization from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Enter the outline agreement number into the “Outline Agreement” field. 
  4. Click “Execute” to view the details of the outline agreement. 
  5. To view any changes that have been made to the agreement since it was created, click on “Changes” in the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  6. To view any items that have been added or removed from the agreement since it was created, click on “Items” in the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  7. To view any changes that have been made to individual items in the agreement since it was created, click on “Item Changes” in the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  8. To view any changes that have been made to delivery dates or pricing since it was created, click on “Schedule Lines” in the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  9. To view any changes that have been made to payment terms since it was created, click on “Payment Terms” in the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  10. To exit out of ME33, click on “Back” in the menu bar at the top of the screen or press F3 on your keyboard. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of ME33's features before using it for viewing outline agreements in SAP. Additionally, users should be aware that ME33 can only be used for viewing existing outline agreements; it cannot be used for creating new ones or editing existing ones.
