  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code MD48 is used to evaluate the stock/requirements situation across multiple plants. This transaction code allows users to view the stock/requirements situation of a material across multiple plants in a single report. 
  
  Functionality: 
  MD48 provides users with an overview of the stock/requirements situation of a material across multiple plants. It displays the current stock levels, planned receipts, planned issues, and requirements for each plant. This information can be used to identify potential shortages or surpluses of materials across plants. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code MD48 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the material number and plant in the selection screen. 
  3. Select the “Cross-Plant Evaluation” checkbox. 
  4. Click “Execute” to generate the report. 
  5. The report will display the stock/requirements situation for each plant in a single table. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users use MD48 in conjunction with other SAP transaction codes such as MD04 (Stock/Requirements List) and MD07 (Planned Independent Requirements). These transaction codes can provide additional information about the stock/requirements situation of a material across multiple plants.
