  3. Select the “Change” button again to open the Change Evaluation Structure screen. 
  4. Select the “Fields” tab to view and modify existing fields in the evaluation structure. 
  5. Select a field to modify and make changes as needed. 
  6. Select “Save” when finished making changes. 
  7. Select “Back” to return to the Change Evaluation Structure screen and repeat steps 4-6 for any additional fields that need to be modified. 
  8. Select “Save” when finished making all changes and select “Back” to return to the initial screen. 
  9. Select “Activate” to activate the new evaluation structure and save it for future use.
