  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code LU01 is used to create a Posting Change Notice (PCN). This document is used to inform customers of changes in the terms of their contracts, such as changes in prices, delivery dates, or other conditions. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The LU01 transaction code allows users to create a PCN for a customer. The PCN contains information about the changes that have been made to the contract and the new terms that will apply. The PCN can be sent to the customer via email or printed and sent by mail. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code LU01 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the customer number in the Customer field. 
  3. Enter the contract number in the Contract field. 
  4. Enter the date of the change in the Date field. 
  5. Enter a description of the change in the Description field. 
  6. Enter any additional information in the Additional Information field. 
  7. Click on Save to save the PCN. 
  8. Click on Print to print out a copy of the PCN or click on Send to send it via email to the customer.

  It is important to keep track of all PCNs that have been sent out, so it is recommended that users keep a record of all PCNs that have been created and sent out using this transaction code.
