  4. To view a list of all yard areas, select “Display Yard Areas” from the menu bar. 
  5. To view a list of all materials in a particular yard area, select “Display Materials” from the menu bar. 
  6. To view a list of all blocked areas in a particular yard area, select “Display Blocked Areas” from the menu bar. 
  7. To view a list of all available spaces in a particular yard area, select “Display Available Spaces” from the menu bar. 
  8. To view a list of all loading and unloading activities in a particular yard area, select “Display Loading/Unloading Activities” from the menu bar. 
  9. To view detailed information about a particular material or activity in a particular yard area, select “Display Details” from the menu bar. 
  10. When you are finished using LPYRD, select “Exit” from the menu bar to exit out of the transaction code.
