  1. Enter transaction code LPK2 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new change control cycle. 
  3. Enter the necessary information such as the name of the cycle, description, and responsible person. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the changes. 
  5. To edit an existing change control cycle, select it from the list and then select “Edit”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete a change control cycle, select it from the list and then select “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the cycle by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.
