Overview: The SAP transaction code LPD_CUST is used to customize the SAP Launchpad. The Launchpad is a user interface that provides access to SAP Fiori apps, as well as other applications and services. It is the main entry point for users to access the SAP system. Functionality: The LPD_CUST transaction code allows users to customize the Launchpad by creating and managing tiles, groups, and catalogs. It also allows users to assign roles and authorizations to different users, as well as configure the look and feel of the Launchpad. Step-by-step How to Use: 1. Enter the transaction code LPD_CUST in the command field. 2. Select the “Customizing” tab in the left-hand navigation pane. 3. Select “Tiles” from the list of options in the left-hand navigation pane. 4. Select “Create Tile” from the list of options in the right-hand pane. 5. Enter a name for your tile and select an icon for it from the list of available icons. 6. Select “Save” to save your changes. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for each tile you want to create or edit. 8. Select “Groups” from the list of options in the left-hand navigation pane to create or edit groups of tiles. 9. Select “Catalogs” from the list of options in the left-hand navigation pane to create or edit catalogs of tiles and groups of tiles. 10. Select “Roles & Authorizations” from the list of options in the left-hand navigation pane to assign roles and authorizations to different users for accessing different parts of the Launchpad. 11. Select “Look & Feel” from the list of options in the left-hand navigation pane to configure how your Launchpad looks and feels for different users or groups of users. 12. Select “Save” when you are done making changes to save them permanently in your system.
