Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 3. Enter the name of the distribution key you want to create in the “Distribution Key” field. 4. Enter the cost center and cost element associated with the distribution key in the respective fields. 5. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 6. To view existing distribution keys, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the name of the distribution key you want to view in the “Distribution Key” field. 7. To change an existing distribution key, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the distribution key you want to change in the “Distribution Key” field. 8. To delete an existing distribution key, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the name of the distribution key you want to delete in the “Distribution Key” field. 9. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes or select “Cancel” if you do not want to make any changes.
