Overview:: KOW3N is a transaction code used in SAP to display periodic reposting. It is used to view the periodic reposting of a company’s financial documents. This transaction code is used to view the postings that have been made in the past and to view the current postings. Functionality:: KOW3N allows users to view the periodic reposting of financial documents. It displays the postings that have been made in the past and the current postings. The postings are displayed in a table format, which makes it easy to read and understand. The postings can be filtered by date, document type, and other criteria. Step-by-step How to Use:: 1. Enter transaction code KOW3N in the command field. 2. Select the company code for which you want to view the periodic reposting. 3. Select the date range for which you want to view the postings. 4. Select the document type for which you want to view the postings. 5. Select any other criteria you want to filter by (e.g., posting key, account number, etc.). 6. Click “Execute” to display the postings in a table format. 7. To view more details about a posting, click on it in the table format and select “Display Document” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 8. To print or export the postings, click on “Print” or “Export” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Other Recommendations:: It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with SAP’s security settings before using KOW3N, as it is possible for users with certain security settings to access confidential information about other companies or individuals if they are not careful when using this transaction code. Additionally, users should be aware that KOW3N only displays postings that have been made in the past and does not allow users to make new postings or edit existing ones; for this functionality, users should use other transaction codes such as F-02 or FB50.
