Overview: KKAO is an SAP transaction code used to perform collective processing of work in process (WIP) calculations. This transaction code is used to calculate the costs of production orders and process orders. It can also be used to calculate the costs of production orders and process orders that have been completed. Functionality: KKAO allows users to perform collective processing of WIP calculations for multiple production orders or process orders at once. This transaction code can be used to calculate the costs of production orders and process orders that have been completed, as well as those that are still in progress. It can also be used to update the cost estimates for production orders and process orders. Step-by-step How to Use: 1. Enter the transaction code KKAO in the command field. 2. Select the type of calculation you want to perform (e.g., cost estimate, actual cost, etc.). 3. Select the production order or process order you want to calculate. 4. Enter the start date and end date for the calculation period. 5. Select the type of calculation you want to perform (e.g., cost estimate, actual cost, etc.). 6. Enter any additional parameters needed for the calculation (e.g., material costs, overhead costs, etc.). 7. Click “Execute” to start the calculation process. 8. Review the results of the calculation and make any necessary adjustments or corrections. 9. Click “Save” to save your changes and exit the transaction code KKAO. Other Recommendations: It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the parameters available in KKAO before using it for collective processing of WIP calculations. Additionally, users should ensure that all data entered into KKAO is accurate and up-to-date in order to ensure accurate results from their calculations.
