  3. Select “Create” or “Change” from the dropdown menu to create or change a planning version. 
  4. Enter the required information for the planning version, such as name, description, and characteristics. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the changes made to the planning version. 
  6. Select “Create” or “Change” from the dropdown menu to create or change a planning data record. 
  7. Enter the required information for the planning data record, such as characteristics values, amounts, and currency type. 
  8. Select “Save” to save the changes made to the planning data record. 
  9. Select “Display” from the dropdown menu to view and analyze profitability data in the CO-PA application.
