Overview: The SAP transaction code KEN2 is used to maintain number ranges for CO-PA planning. This transaction code is used to define the number ranges for the planning of cost of sales and profit and loss accounts in the Controlling (CO) module. Functionality: The KEN2 transaction code allows users to maintain number ranges for CO-PA planning. This includes creating, changing, and deleting number ranges. It also allows users to define the interval of the number range, as well as the status of the range (active or inactive). Step-by-step How to Use: 1. Enter transaction code KEN2 in the command field. 2. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu bar. 3. Enter the name of the number range and select “Continue”. 4. Enter the interval of the number range and select “Continue”. 5. Select “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them. 6. Select “Back” to return to the main menu or “Exit” to exit the transaction code. Other Recommendations: It is important to note that when creating a new number range, it must be assigned a unique name that has not been used before in order for it to be saved successfully. Additionally, it is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the options available in this transaction code before making any changes, as incorrect changes can lead to errors in CO-PA planning.
