  Overview:

  The KE12 transaction code allows users to view and analyze plan data for cost centers, orders, and other objects. It also allows users to compare actual data with planned data. This helps users to identify any discrepancies between the two sets of data. Additionally, users can use this transaction code to view the budgeted costs for a particular period or object. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the KE12 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the type of object you want to view plan data for (e.g., cost center, order). 
  3. Enter the object number in the appropriate field. 
  4. Select the period you want to view plan data for (e.g., current year, previous year). 
  5. Click “Execute” to display the plan data for the selected object and period. 
  6. To compare actual data with planned data, click “Compare” in the menu bar and select “Actual/Plan” from the drop-down menu. 
  7. To view budgeted costs for a particular period or object, click “Budget” in the menu bar and select “Budgeted Costs” from the drop-down menu. 
  8. To save your changes, click “Save” in the menu bar and select “Save Changes” from the drop-down menu.
