    Overview:

    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code KCXX in the command field. 
    2. Select the “Variant Groups” tab. 
    3. Select the “Create” button to create a new variant group. 
    4. Enter a name for the new variant group and select “Save”. 
    5. Select the “Variants” tab and select “Create” to create a new variant for the group. 
    6. Enter a name for the new variant and select “Save”. 
    7. Select the “Assign Variants” tab and select “Assign” to assign the newly created variant to the group. 
    8. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
    9. To delete a variant from a group, select the “Delete Variants” tab and select “Delete” next to the desired variant. 
    10. To change the order of variants within a group, select the “Change Order” tab and select “Change Order” next to the desired variant. 
    11. To copy a variant group from one system to another, select the “Copy Variant Group” tab and enter the source system name and target system name before selecting “Copy”. 
    12. Select “Save” when you are finished making changes or copying a variant group from one system to another.
