  1. Enter the transaction code JBVT into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option to create a new activity category.

  4. Select “Save” to save the new activity category. 
  5. To change an existing activity category, select it from the list and then select “Change”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete an existing activity category, select it from the list and then select “Delete”. 
  8. Select “Yes” to confirm that you want to delete the activity category. 
  9. To assign an activity category to a cost center, select it from the list and then select “Assign”. 
  10. Enter the necessary information for the cost center and then select “Save” to save it.
